
After making a Provisional Booking you will be required to submit a written and signed Booking Form along with the correct deposit.
We will hold the Provisional Booking for a period of 28 days or until such time as we received a correctly completed Booking Form and deposit, whichever is sooner. Once processed you will receive a Confirmation letter outlining what you have booked. Please check the details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancy.
By paying the deposit you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the site, including cancellation fees, as set out here.
The deposit paid will be deducted from your final balance at the end of the camp.
In the event of a cancellation after payment of the deposit the following charges will apply;
Period Charge
More than 60 days notice before event Deposit
60 – 31 days before event 50% of Camp/ Building Fees
30 – 15 days before event 75% of Camping/Building Fees
Less than 14 Days before event 100% of Camping/Building Fees
Activities.
The cost of activities will only be charged on cancellation of the event within 14 days.
Although Cancellation will be accepted by telephone, this MUST be confirmed in writing immediately.
All charges are subject to change and are not necessarily those current at the time of making the Booking.. Please check with the Office for up to date information. Price rises are normally confined to April of each year and will be published around November the year before.
